DPDP Planner and Organizer

You come in with no idea. You walk out with a complete plan for your company under India's DPDP Act.

It asks about your business, draws your data map, and hands you the work for the next 30 days.

The planner runs inside ChatGPT. It is in private testing and has not yet gone to OpenAI for review, so this page carries no install link.

What you get

Six outputs, one saved pack

Each step builds on the one before it. The pack holds all six parts together.

01

Company profile

A guided scoper asks what your company does, who it serves and what data it touches. You confirm the profile before anything is built on it.

02

Radial data map

One screen showing the systems that hold personal data and the flows between them. Each node and flow is marked stated or assumed.

03

Legal obligations note

The questions a lawyer must answer for your company, each with the evidence needed and the section it comes from. It carries a sample of what an opinion can look like.

04

Gap view

What is missing, in three groups: legal, technical and operational. Each gap names the fix, the owner role and the proof that closes it.

05

30-day plan

Four weeks of actions. Every action carries its gap, its owner role and the proof of closure.

06

Buying guide

The product categories your gaps call for, what each category covers, what it leaves open and the questions to ask a seller.

The data map

Your company sits in the middle. Every system that holds personal data sits on the ring. Solid lines are flows you stated. Dashed lines are flows the planner assumed from your industry.

  • Assumed, open to confirm

How it works

Five steps inside ChatGPT

  1. 1

    Say what your company does

Open the planner inside ChatGPT and describe the business in a few lines.

  2. 2

    Answer the industry question set

Pick your industry. The planner runs the questions built for it.

  3. 3

    Confirm the profile

Read the profile back. Fix anything wrong. The planner then draws your data map.

  4. 4

Work through note, gaps and plan

Read the legal obligations note, then the gap view, then the 30-day plan and the buying guide.

  5. 5

    Save the pack

All six parts come back as one pack you can keep and share with your team.

Industries covered at launch

  • D2C and e-commerce
  • Financial services
  • SaaS and B2B software

Your data

  • Each call carries your industry, company name, role, business description, answers and map changes.
  • It asks you to leave out names and records of real people. It works on categories of data.
  • The server stores no tool input and no tool output.
  • Each completed call logs the tool name, the industry and the UTC date. The log carries none of your answers.

What it is

The planner is a planning aid built on your own answers. Every fact, node, flow and gap carries a mark: stated or assumed. A lawyer gives the legal opinion for your company.

Use the pack to brief your team, your counsel and your sellers with the same set of facts.
