Sushant Pasumarty
Founder
Sushant leads strategy, client engagements, and DPDP implementation work at MBS. He has built and sold products in identity verification, cybersecurity, and e-commerce at IDfy, CyberArk, and Cyware. He conducted due diligence on billion-dollar investments for a top global growth equity firm, bringing institutional rigor to MBS client work. Sushant holds a Master's degree from IE Business School in Madrid and a Computer Science degree from BITS Pilani. He has worked across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Ayush Sahay
Legal Counsel
Ayush works with MBS on DPDP legal review, NDA review, contract redlining, privacy documentation, consent wording, vendor paperwork, breach process, and larger implementation engagements. He brings almost a decade of legal experience across data protection, intellectual property, litigation, and digital compliance.
Gopal Bhageria
Tech Partner
Gopal is the MD and CEO of Sujosu Technology and the tech partner at MBS. He leads the technology and implementation layer of MBS engagements: privacy platform deployment, consent management, and post-audit implementation. He spent 19 years at IBM as an Executive Architect and Master Inventor and holds 40 US technology patents.
