Sushant Pasumarty
Founder & CEO
Sushant leads strategy and client engagements at MBS. He has built and sold products in identity verification, cybersecurity, and e-commerce at IDfy, CyberArk, and Cyware. He conducted due diligence on billion-dollar investments for a top global growth equity firm, bringing institutional rigor to MBS client work. Sushant holds a Master's degree from IE Business School in Madrid and a Computer Science degree from BITS Pilani. He has worked across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
P.V.S. Sarma
Co-Founder & Chairman
PVS has dedicated his career to public service—20 years with the Income Tax Department, followed by political leadership as Vice President of BJP Surat, Municipal Councillor, and Water Committee Chairman. He advises on Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Enforcement Directorate (ED), and Income Tax matters. At MBS, PVS focuses on strategy and institutional relationships across government and industry.
Meghna Sarma
Co-Founder & General Counsel
Meghna oversees legal and compliance for MBS. She has handled Enforcement Directorate cases, direct tax litigation, and corporate transactions at SR Legal and AZB & Partners. She has served with the Office of the Solicitor General of India and clerked at the chambers of Justice Indu Malhotra (Supreme Court of India). Meghna holds a BA-LLB from O.P. Jindal Global University.
