Sushant Pasumarty
Founder
Sushant leads strategy, client engagements, and DPDP implementation work at MBS. He has built and sold products in identity verification, cybersecurity, and e-commerce at IDfy, CyberArk, and Cyware. He conducted due diligence on billion-dollar investments for a top global growth equity firm, bringing institutional rigor to MBS client work. Sushant holds a Master's degree from IE Business School in Madrid and a Computer Science degree from BITS Pilani. He has worked across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Ayush Sahay
Legal Counsel
Ayush works with MBS on DPDP legal review, NDA review, contract redlining, privacy documentation, consent wording, vendor paperwork, breach process, and larger implementation engagements. He brings almost a decade of legal experience across data protection, intellectual property, litigation, and digital compliance.
