1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content (which can be downloaded or viewed immediately), we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and access is granted.
2. Cancellations: For any future subscription services, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but past payments are non-refundable.
