1. Usage: Content provided (audits, frameworks, videos) is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your login credentials.
2. Intellectual Property: All analysis, frameworks (including VICES™), and reports are the intellectual property of Meridian Bridge Strategy.
3. No Advice: Our audits are educational and informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
5. DPDP Planner and Organizer: You may use the DPDP Planner and Organizer, and the plan pack it gives you, to plan the work of your own company or organisation. Clause 1's personal, non-commercial limit does not apply to that use. You may share your company's pack with your staff, your lawyers and the sellers you are assessing. You may not use the planner to prepare plans for clients or other companies, with or without a fee. You may not resell the planner's output or offer it as a service. The planner is a planning aid built on your own answers. It gives no legal opinion, audit or compliance certificate.
